About Metta C
Metta C’s journey with meditation began in the early 2000s in a Buddhist temple in Japan, where she studied Zen Buddhism and later embraced Theravada and Mahayana traditions in Australia. In 2009, she was ordained as a Bodhisattva, deepening her commitment to a life of compassion and mindfulness.
Her path has been shaped by profound personal experiences—childhood loss, chronic illness, and the challenges of heartbreak. Through it all, meditation and breathwork became her anchor, offering healing, strength, and clarity in times of suffering.
Grounded and compassionate, MettaC’s teaching style emphasizes breath awareness, gentle letting go, and the practice of self-kindness without judgment. She draws on decades of Buddhist practice, breathwork, and holistic meditation to create a supportive space where others can find their own stillness, strength, and renewal.
