Performance Pilates & Physiotherapy was established in 2003, and was one of the first studios to offer Pilates and physiotherapy in Perth. Our allied health practitioner team includes experienced physiotherapists, occupational therapists, exercise and sports scientists, and remedial massage therapists. Together, we offer a comprehensive range of treatment, exercise, and movement therapies.
We offer comprehensive Rehabilitation programs incorporating Clinical Pilates and hands-on Physiotherapy techniques. These programs are based on current medical research and have an empathetic and personalised holistic focus.

- How do I get started with Pilates?

We offer introductory packages for both Pilates Studio sessions and Reformer classes. We recommend a Pilates Studio session with one of our instructors, first. They can then guide you to one of our Reformer Fundamentals classes.
- What can I expect from a Reformer Fundamentals class?

This class covers the core concepts of Pilates, developing a strong foundation while providing a challenge as you work deeper into control with every movement.
- I don't think Pilates classes are for me, what other options do you have?
