Jade is a Senior Occupational Therapist, Pilates instructor, and breathwork facilitator who is passionate about helping people unlock their full potential-physically, mentally, and emotionally.
With experience spanning spinal rehabilitation, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and vocational rehabilitation, Jade has worked with a diverse range of clients, from individuals recovering from injury and persistent pain through to elite athletes striving for peak performance.
Her professional journey has seen her work alongside elite sporting teams, high-performing athletes, performing artists, and military veterans through The Resilience Shield. These experiences have reinforced her belief that lasting results come from treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
Alongside her clinical practice, Jade teaches both clinical and group Pilates classes and facilitates functional breathwork workshops, helping individuals better understand the relationship between breathing, movement, performance, and nervous system regulation.
As an internationally competitive freediver and Australia’s deepest woman, Jade has developed a unique appreciation for the connection between mind and body. The lessons she has learned through high-performance sport- including resilience, recovery, and breath control, continue to shape her approach to treatment and rehabilitation.
Combining evidence-based practice with a holistic perspective, Jade’s goal is not simply to help people recover from injury, but to empower them with the confidence, knowledge, and tools to move well, feel well, and perform at their best.
