Enjoy truly personalised training
1
Learn the Basics
If you’re just starting out, your first few sessions with private Pilates classes in Perth will be about learning the techniques and the exercises. Many of our students enjoy a mix of group classes and private sessions throughout their exercise program.
2
Build Your Plan
We’ll work with you to develop an exercise plan based on your needs, goals, and lifestyle. We can incorporate other modalities of physiotherapy, too. If you’re hoping to see results as soon as possible, you may want to schedule 2 to 3 Pilates sessions a week.
3
Enjoy the Results
Joseph Pilates is quoted as saying, “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 you’ll have a new body.” As long as you stay the course with private Pilates classes in Perth, you’ll start to see the benefits gradually, and then they will compound.
How to Prepare
What to Bring to Class
Here are a few things you’ll want to bring with you when you come to your private Pilates classes in Perth.
Water Bottle
Pilates is a workout, so you will sweat! It’s important to come prepared with a water bottle and stay hydrated.
Grip Socks
For your safety and the health and hygiene of others, grip socks must be worn while using the Pilates equipment and are available for purchase at the studio.
Mat or Towel
The mats used for Pilates are typically thicker than yoga mats. We have mats available, but you may prefer to bring your own or a bath-sized towel.
PLEASE NOTE
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all Appointments & Pilates Studio Sessions & 6 hours for Classes.
Our Unlimited Class Memberships and Intro Offer are limited to 1 class per person, per day.
Frequently Asked Questions
- I am new to Pilates and exercise, how do you recommend I get started?
-
We offer introductory packages for all of our Pilates classes at both of our locations. Typically, we recommend you start with a Pilates Studio session with one of our skilled instructors. From there, they can then guide you to one of our Reformer Fundamentals classes whenever you’re ready.
- Can I come to Pilates class if I have an injury?
-
We require clearance from your GP or physiotherapist, first. If you are unsure if a Pilates class is suitable for you, our physiotherapists can guide you through a rehab session or perform a class screening before attending one of our classes.
- How do I book a Pilates class?
-
To view and/or register for all our available Pilates classes at either of our locations, please download our app.
- Should I start with a private Pilates session or a group class?
-
It’s perfectly possible to start your Pilates journey in a group setting, especially with one of our introductory classes. We tend to recommend starting with a private session for hands-on instruction so you can master the techniques without the pressure of following along in a group class at the same time. Many of our students enjoy a mix of private sessions and group classes.
