Benefits of a Reformer Workout

Builds Core Strength

Pilates workouts start in your core and progress outward to your limbs. Strengthening the core improves posture and supports a healthy spine.

Customisable

Reformer workouts allow you to decide how “heavy” you want the workout to be. This allows for a more customisable workout experience based on your skill level.

Gentle on the Joints

People enjoy Reformer Pilates because it’s a low-impact, high-intensity workout. It’s easy on the joints and promotes bone health.
