A Soundful Experience
Exploring the Frequencies of Self-Worth and Soulful Embodiment
This is a multi-sensory, somatic journey rooted in vibrational healing, subtle presence, and emotional restoration through frequency, movement, and stillness.
The Resonance of You
Is a live Soundful Experience that explores the frequencies of self-worth and soulful embodiment through a powerful, immersive performance. Across three intentionally composed movements, this session activates, releases, and re-aligns the emotional and energetic body using live sound, therapeutic frequencies, and chakra-aligned music. You’ll move from grounding and unraveling inherited patterns, into the heart of emotional truth and self-worth, and finally rise into confidence, clarity, and the embodiment of your most authentic self. This sound set doesn’t push or fix — it reveals, remembers, and reconnects. This is a meditative and transformational journey, inviting you to listen deeply, feel fully, and remember the tone that only you carry. You are resonance. You are coherence. You are already enough.

We’ll share a warm cup of ceremonial Cacao — heart-opening, grounding, and intentionally offered to nourish the emotional body post-journey.

The Role of Dissonance and Sound Design
Throughout the Soundful Experience, harmonic dissonance is used intentionally ~ as a portal to transformation.
Moments of tension, unresolved frequencies, and subtle discomfort are not interruptions — they are invitations. These are the vibrational edges where the body holds memory, emotion, and potential for release. We will always resolve the tension, the circle is always closed coming back awareness, release, comfort and presence.
Every note, frequency, and pause in this Soundful Experience is placed with intention.
The sound is not simply performed — it’s designed to guide.

About Sam Cutri
Sam Cutri is a composer, sound designer, and founder of The Soundful Experience, where music, spirituality, and science converge to create transformative auditory journeys.
With over 30 years of experience across audio production, sound design, and music education, Sam has contributed to internationally acclaimed film, animation, and live performance projects. He holds a Certificate in Sound Therapy, a Master of Education in Innovation, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Sam’s work is deeply intentional — every tone, frequency, and silence is crafted to support emotional well-being, calm the nervous system, and reconnect individuals to their innate sense of wholeness.
His latest work, The Resonance of You, is a brand-new Soundful Journey developed in collaboration with Audrey for the Performance Pilates community.
This experience explores the frequencies of self-worth, soulful embodiment, and emotional remembrance through vibration, movement, and mindful listening — and will be performed exclusively at Performance Pilates Leederville.

Water Bottle
Yoga sessions are a great time to make sure your body is hydrated so you can enjoy the full benefits of the class.
Yoga Mat
Many of our clients prefer to use their own mats during yoga class, but we do have mats available in our studio.
Form Fitting Clothing
Stretchy, form-fitting clothing helps keep you comfortable while also allowing you to move freely in the various poses.

- What if it's my first time doing yoga?

Beginners are welcome at our studio for yoga in Leederville. Workshops are designed to introduce you to Yoga and allow you to ease into a practice that nourishes your body.
- Who teaches the classes?

All of our courses are taught by Yoga certified Doctors, Physiotherapists or Teachers.
- How often should I practice yoga?

Restorative Yoga is safe to be practiced every day of the week. Most students incorporate Yoga with 2 to 5 movement sessions a week to enjoy optimal results and facilitate recovery.
