Dr Talia Steed, Holistic Health Practitioner & Author of Body Wisdom
Dr Talia although medically trained by background, was propelled on a journey that led her to explore beyond the realm of the physical, into the role of the mind and spirit in the circumstances we face.
Her holistic approach considers the interplay of all facets of our being, Body, Mind & Soul.
To look at ill-health as purely a symptom or illness, is to miss the deeper messages our bodies are calling us to face. As ultimately the path to healing is the path to self-understanding.

“I loved the movement to begin the session. I especially liked how Dr Talia reiterated that you can move in any way that feels right for you. This made me less worried about making sure I’m doing the movements ‘right’ and I could really enjoy myself. I loved the guided mediation and thought Dr Talia lead it beautifully. It really helped with my reflections for journaling.” Nat

“Yoga is more than just a physical activity involving poses to stretch and strengthen the body. Yoga translates to connection – the connection of body, mind, and soul. If you want to learn more about this, Steffi’s offerings are the perfect fit. What does classical yoga from the Himalayan region look like? What are the benefits of meditation? How do I breathe correctly? What’s the philosophy behind it? And what I really like: it all feels like an offering, without a hint of preaching or conversion.” Verena

Benefits of Yoga
Improve Breath and Body Awareness
A regular yoga practice allows you to develop greater kinaesthetic awareness to sense and have control of your breath, to establish grounding, improving posture and balance and assisting with nervous system regulation.
Improve Your Sense of Well-Being
Yoga encourages us to move ~ fully and freely, so like other forms of exercise, serotonin and endorphins, the “happy hormones” are released into our bloodstream, improving mood while easing feelings depression and anxiety.
Improve Balance, Mobility and Strength
Yoga postures allow the spine to move and decompress, the muscles of our trunk and limbs to fully stretch, provide challenges for arm and single leg balancing, improving mobility and flexibility while developing functional strength.
