Inside Flow is based on SPANDA yoga, the pulse or vibration of life bringing intention, energy and consciousness to our earthly being. With each inhale we expand, exhale we contract, uniting breath with movement, aligning body, mind and spirit ✨

Inside Flow is so much more than yoga to music … the beat, the songs, the energy in the room. It is uplifting, empowering and so much fun!

Our 60 minute classes are suited to people who enjoy pilates, movement or yoga, looking for a safe space to move! The class will gradually build a sequenced flow to the main song.

The power of music inspires emotion, with breath driving embodied movement.  The result is greater kinaesthetic awareness, the sense of joyful movement, with grounding, improving posture and balance, facilitating nervous system regulation.

ELEVATE YOUR SENSE OF WELL-BEING

Yoga encourages us to move ~ fully and freely, so like other forms of exercise, serotonin and endorphins, the “happy hormones” are released into our bloodstream, improving mood while easing feelings depression and anxiety.

CHALLENGE BALANCE, MOBILITY AND STRENGTH

Yoga Flow allows the spine to move and decompress, the muscles of our trunk and limbs to fully stretch, provide challenges for arm and single leg balancing, improving mobility and flexibility while developing functional strength.

How to Prepare

Here are a few things to keep in mind and bring with you when you’re ready to join us for yoga in Leederville.

Bring a Water Bottle

Inside Flow Yoga can make you sweat, so ensure your body is hydrated so you can enjoy the full benefits of the class.

Yoga Mat

Many of our clients prefer to use their own mats during yoga class, but we do have mats available in our studio.

Clothes you feel comfortable moving in

it’s best to wear yoga appropriate, stretchy or loose fitting clothing that you feel comfortable moving in.  Movements can be expansive as we embody our emotions in Inside Flow.

What if it's my first time doing yoga?

How often should I practice yoga?

Restorative Yoga is safe to be practiced every day of the week. Most students incorporate Yoga with 2 to 5 movement sessions a week to enjoy optimal results and facilitate recovery.
