Sit Back & Relax
You will have complete privacy for your time in the wellness pod. You can just sit back and relax as the infrared light gently warms your body to an intensity desired to achieve your personal wellness goals. In addition to the infrared energy, the Cocoon offers vibration massage settings that further aid in muscle recovery and boost circulation and Halotherapy to enhance breathing. Sessions are 30 to 45 minutes in duration.
