
Qualifications:
Zachary Betts MACP
Zac is a titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist (as awarded by the Australian College of Physiotherapists).
Zac has a background working in both elite sports, as well as a specialised pain clinic. In elite sports he has worked with both national and international athletes, further to this he has been involved in research of lower limb biomechanics after long term injury.
Zac has also spent time working in a specialised pain clinic which would offer second opinion to complex cases. Here, Zac has been fortunate enough to be mentored by, and frequently interact with, leaders of the pain field.
Additionally Zac has completed a number of courses involving advanced strength and conditioning, on top of a 2 year mentorship with a high level coach. He has also been through the extensive Polestar Pilates rehabilitation course, as well as further studies in acupuncture and other hands on techniques.
Zac feels passionately about mentoring and helping the profession continue to move forward. As such he has been involved with presentations of ongoing professional development as well as providing mentoring for fellow physiotherapists.
